My Winterformal Outfit, Hair, & Makeup

Hey guys, So I went to a formal (that's a dance, btw) and this is the dress I wore! & my hair and makeup, which I will post tutorials for soon. The black strapless dress is from Forever 21. I bought a long piece of purple fabric and my friend helped me fashion it into a bow and sash to tie around my waist.
